1.The structure of sheet:The machine is a two-bodies structure that the cutting area is one part,while the dipping and winding area is the other part.The whole machine frame is made by carbon-steel pipe with 5.5mm×200mm and 5.5mm×100mm.
2.The production speed of SMC:1-20m/min,.The speed is adjustable continuously.Under the conditions of excellent dipping and finished anti-tensile strength of film,the fastest speed can be 3 tons per hour.It is suggested that the production speed should be 6m-8m/min,when the content of glass fiber is over 30%.
3.The total power of SMC:The single blade and pressure tool is 8.85kw,while the double one is 13.45kw and its working voltage is 380v.
4.The production breadth of SMC:1000mm,1200mm,1500mm,that is to say,it's the actual width after peeling off the up and down film.
5.The content and length of glass fiber of SMC:The scope of application of glass fiber's content is 10-60%,and the length is adjustable according to the actual conditions:12.5mm,25mm,37.5mm,50mm,and it's allowed to put off the long fiber and the short one.
6.Transportation equipment:This machine transports PE films by stainless double-chain net,and driving of net adopt variable-frequency timing controlling,with stable circulation and high-precision timing.The supplement of PE film adopts pneumatic control,and the adjustable tension of film has flattening device tomake sure the film go into the pasting area without folding.
